We offer a range of training courses that will help you get the most out of your Snap Survey Software
Our courses cover every aspect of the survey process from the very basics of questionnaire design, data entry and results analysis, to the more advanced Snap WebHost (Snap's online survey subscription and hosted service) and advanced analytics.

Prices exclude VAT.
Company training day price is for 6 delegates and includes all course literature, certificates. A buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the day are provided at our venues. Additional delegates are charged at £95 per person, a maximum of 8 delegates in total.
Please contact us for a quote if the training is to take place outside of the UK.
* Travel and Expenses (charged at cost) are also incurred. If the trainer has to travel more than two hours by public transport to reach your venue the cost of an overnight stay will be included as part of the expenses.
If your requirements are not covered by our standard courses, we can advise and assist you on any aspect of our Snap Survey Software. Snap consultancy can be conducted with a member of the Training Team or the Technical Support Team depending on the nature of your requirements. Consultancies are conducted face to face or via Webex (online and telephone). Consultancy can be booked for a mutually agreeable date.
Face to face consultancy
Face to face consultancies are for a maximum of three delegates who will sit around one computer with the Snap Consultant. Please provide us with a list of your requirements and any files that will be required to assist with the consultancy and we can provide a quote. training@snapsurveys.com
Webex consultancy
Webex consultancies are charged per computer connected to the webex system, additional charges may be incurred for international telephone calls.
Webex requires a PC that has internet access along with a telephone that can be put on speaker phone or headset so that notes can be taken as we talk you through the process.
Please provide us with a list of your requirements and any files that will be required to assist with the consultancy at least 5 working days prior to the consultancy. We recommend that webex sessions last a maximum of two hours at a time, 4 hours in total per day.
