Smart Reporting
This course is suitable for anyone who has already attended our Analysing Results course. We’ll look at how to personalise analysis and commentary, save time and expense with reusable reports, and share real-time results online with clients and colleagues.
Objective
Attending this course will enable you to:
- Dynamically include the latest data in analyses and commentary
- Include benchmark comparisons
- Include conditional analyses and commentary
- Produce multiple individually tailored reports
- Share results online with secure logins
Content
Personalising analyses and commentary
Add dynamic references to your report and it will always include the most recent results, so you can reuse the same report again and again. We’ll also add benchmarks for easy comparison to internal, external or historical data.
Building reports
Over the course of the day we’ll create a variety of different reports, ranging from the simple to the more complex. We’ll look at different page layouts and orientations, and see how to construct a cover page. Finally, we’ll bring everything together into a dynamic Smart Report.
Batch producing tailored reports
We’ll use filters and context to make your reports meaningful to every reader. We’ll see how to batch produce multiple report variations, with all the content tailored specifically to the target audience, such as for a specific region, manager, team or individual.
Share real-time reports
All your analyses and reports are shared live online using our online survey management system. We’ll upload your reports, allocate logins for your clients and colleagues, and specify exactly which tailored reports each can see.
Delivery
Online
Our scheduled courses are run online via Teams. During these sessions, you can see our desktop, and we can share mouse and keyboard control, allowing delegates to interact with the software at suitable times.
Company training
If there are a few of you in your organisation needing Snap Training, you may benefit from a company training day which can be tailored to your particular needs.
Face to face
If there are four or more attendees, the cost of having us come to your office for a training day may be similar to that of an online session. With an enhanced level of software interaction, it’s an opportunity to get the team together, providing the chance to easily bounce ideas off each other in a way that only face to face training can facilitate.
