We are led by an experienced management team with extensive knowledge of market research and software development. Here’s a quick introduction:
Dr Steve Jenkins
Steve’s career has been in tech since first working for a Local Government highways department. Steve and Peter Wills have worked together since the late 70’s during which time he’s been responsible for the development of Snap Surveys from its early days on small desktop computers to the version today that operates on a myriad of devices.
Today, as Managing Director, Steve’s role has broadened to cover far more strategic aspects of the business, and is fortunate to have a talented team alongside him.
Peter has been involved in Social and Market Research for 40 years, and in 1981, set up Snap Surveys with Steve to harness the power of the newly-arrived desktop computers. Since then, he’s had the privilege of watching Snap Surveys grow and thrive, and being involved in the ever-changing technology landscape.
Now the Chairman of Snap Surveys, Pete has more time to spend on other industry-related topics. He’s recently completed 2 books on Market Research in conjunction with a colleague at Winchester University Business School where he is an Honorary Exchange Fellow. Pete is also Chairman of the ASC, a leading group for the advancement of knowledge in software and technology for research surveys and statistics.
Mike has worked in a number of senior finance roles over the past twenty years as a Chartered Accountant. He enjoys a commercial approach to all things financial and operational, as well as contributing to the growth and continuing success of Snap Surveys.
With 14 years of board-level experience and a background in sales, marketing and commercial operations spanning 3 decades, Grant joined us in 2017 to oversee commercial activities, ensuring all opportunities for growth are maximised.
During Grant’s career he has spoken at many events and conferences and, in 2016, co-hosted a seminar at the United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights in Geneva.
