Dr Steve Jenkins

Managing Director

My career has been in IT since first working for a Local Government highways department. Peter and I have worked together since 1977 in which time I’ve been responsible for the development of Snap from its early days on small desktop computers to the version today that operates on multiple platforms, multiple languages and multiple modes.

As Managing Director, my role has broadened to cover far more strategic aspects of the business, and I am fortunate to have a very talented software development team behind me.

Peter Wills


I’ve been involved in Social and Market Research for 40 years, and in 1981, set up Snap Surveys to harness the power of the newly-arrived desktop computers. Since then, it has been a pleasure to watch the business grow and thrive, and be involved in the ever-changing technologies that surround us.

I am now Chairman of Snap Surveys and have more time to spend on other industry-related topics. I’ve recently completed 2 books on Market Research in conjunction with a colleague at Winchester University Business School, where I am an Honorary Exchange Fellow. I am also Chairman of the ASC, a leading group for the advancement of knowledge in software and technology for research surveys and statistics.

Mike Andrews

Finance Director

I am a Chartered Accountant and I’ve worked in a number of senior finance roles in businesses over the past twenty years. I enjoy bringing a commercial approach to all things financial and operational, as well as contributing to the growth and continuing success of Snap.

Grant Stevens

Commercial Director

I joined Snap in 2017, bringing 14 years board-level experience and a background in sales, marketing and commercial operations spanning 3 decades.

During my career I have spoken at many events and conferences and in 2016 was honoured to co-host a seminar at the United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights in Geneva.

My role touches all of the commercial activities of the company and is responsible for ensuring all opportunities for growth are maximised.
