MaxDiff (Maximum Difference Scaling) helps you determine the relative importance or preference of a list of items.
Instead of asking participants to rate items on a scale of 1 to 5, MaxDiff asks them to choose the absolute best (most important) and absolute worst (least important) items from a series of small subsets.
This helps you by removing participants’ ability to rate items with the same number, giving you greater clarity and better informing your decision-making.
