Snap XMP Online Participants (Invites and Reminders)
Once you have completed your online survey you need to distribute the questionnaire so that your participants know about the survey and are able to respond to it. Snap XMP Online participants allows you to schedule automated survey invitations and targeted follow up reminders to your clients and customers.
Objective
Attending this course will enable you to:
- Set up an Excel file containing the participant data
- Use Snap XMP Online participants to link to your Excel data file
- Seed your survey with the participant’s data
- Set up email invitations and reminders to provide your participants with the information they need to join and complete your survey
