Worksheet 65: Working with rating scale questions
One of the most useful forms of question is a rating scale, where you ask people to mark how satisfied they were with an item or a service. You can then analyse the answers to these questions to see if people are generally satisfied or dissatisfied, so you are more able to judge where to put the effort in to improve what you offer.

Snap supports local health events
Kingston Hospital NHS Trust holds an annual Audit Seminar, which is now in its 8th year. Around 100 internal staff and NHS colleagues from other local health organisations attended the event on 8 July, which was opened by the Trust’s Medical Director. Better Business Bureau online certification 
Snap Surveys has achieved Better Business Bureau Online Accreditation (BBBOnLine). The mission of BBBOnLine is to promote trust and confidence on the internet. Snap Surveys has confirmed its adherence to the BBB Code of Business Practices, including its online standard. This accreditation permits Snap Surveys to display the BBB Accredited Business Seal, which confirms that Snap Surveys has been accredited by the BBB of New Hampshire. Only businesses that meet and maintain strict standards for membership are invited to join the BBB, stay in the BBB, and display the BBB seal

Snap in the community 
July was National Make a Difference to a Child Month. To celebrate this occasion, Snap Surveys donated children’s books to the Children’s Literacy Foundation. In total, Snap Surveys collected an astounding 180 children’s books donated by Snap employees and local businesses surrounding the Snap community throughout the month of July. By donating books, we are helping to support the Children’s Literacy Foundation and the children of New Hampshire and Vermont to improve their proficiency in reading and writing.
