When you purchase Snap Professional Survey Software for the first time, you receive 12 months free HelpDesk telephone, email and fax support.

After the first year you can opt to take out an annual Snap Plus subscription and continue to take full advantage of HelpDesk support and free software upgrades.

Advice and support

The HelpDesk is available to all Snap customers who have an active Snap Plus annual subscription.
