During the initial warranty period, existing users are eligible for telephone support, fax and e-mail support, free software updates and availability of training. After the initial warranty period, users can opt to take out a Snap Cover Plan agreement enabling them to continue to take advantage of our support services.
Hotline Telephone Support
A HelpDesk support line is available to users of Snap who register their survey software. They can use this number for queries in all aspects of operating the software. The service is free within the initial warranty period and is subsequently covered under the Snap Cover Plan.
Ongoing Software Development
The Snap Surveys team of programmers are continuously developing new versions of the software to incorporate extra features and improvements and ensure that Snap maintains its leading position. New versions are released approximately once a year and are distributed FREE under the terms of the Snap Cover Plan.
