25% Off Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
- The offer: eligible customers wishing to purchase a subscription to Snap XMP will receive a discount of 25% off Snap Surveys’ standard list prices available here for the first year of their subscription.
- All other terms to apply: the subscription shall be provided on the terms of Snap Surveys’ Snap XMP Subscription Agreement, available here together with these promotional offer terms.
- Standard pricing after the first year: at the end of the first year, pricing for the subscription shall revert to Snap Surveys’ standard list pricing. Customers may cancel their subscription for future years by giving notice in writing to Snap Surveys at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Eligibility: the offer is available only to (a) new customers, i.e. business entities who have not been a customer of Snap Surveys in the last 24 months and (b) existing customers of Snap Surveys purchasing a new, additional subscription. The discount will be applied to the new subscription only.
- Offer period: this promotion is valid only for subscriptions purchased between 11 November and 25 December 2025. Snap Surveys reserves the right to extend, shorten or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Right of Refusal: Snap Surveys reserves the right to reject the application of the discount where it suspects fraudulent or abusive activity.
