Our expert trainers are available for scheduled and consultancy style online training. Here’s everything you need to know.
How does it work?
We use Microsoft Teams for our online training, which means that you don’t need to have Snap survey software installed on your computer. Simply log in to the session, and you will be able to watch on screen as your trainer guides you through the training, step by step.
Scheduled online courses
Sessions are limited to a maximum of four delegates, so you’ll be able to ask questions and get involved with classroom discussions throughout. Before the training, we’ll email a coursebook PDF containing all the steps for the topics covered.
Full day online training is delivered from 9am until 11:15am, and 12pm until 2:15pm. Times are based on local time US Eastern. If the training day has been specifically organised for your company, we can be flexible with these timings to suit you.
1 & 2 hour online training courses are delivered at varying times throughout the day to offer a range of options to match with your working patterns.
Customized online training
We’ll schedule the training to suit you. We charge on an hourly basis for the training.
What you need
To make sure your online training goes smoothly, you will need the following:
- Quiet room
- PC/ Laptop connected to internet
- Access to the conference call (via your PC/ Laptop audio with a headset or speaker)
- Nice cup of coffee
