What you need to know….
The training is delivered via Microsoft Teams, allowing for remote viewing of the trainers desktop. If you have not yet scheduled your training session all you will need to do is contact our training department or call Snap Surveys at 603-610-8700.
Please keep the following in mind
- If you have a survey you would like us to use during the training, send it to email@example.com, as a Word or Snap document.
- If you received a Snap Training video with your purchase, please review the video before the training to get a general understanding of the use of Snap.
- Training sessions begin promptly at the time agreed to by the trainer and client, if the client does not show up within 15 minutes of the beginning of the training session the session will be cancelled.
- If you are unable to make a scheduled training session, please contact the trainer at least 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule.
Please allow at least 2 week’s time to schedule the training session.
Cancellation Policy for Online Trainings
Cancellations received in writing more than 3 days before the course date will incur no charge and can be rescheduled. A substitute trainee is always welcome. Snap Surveys reserve the right to alter or cancel a training course due to unforeseen circumstances. If the trainee arrives more than 15 minutes late to the session the session is cancelled and rescheduled at the earliest available date provided by the trainer. Trainees who fail to attend online sessions twice will be charged for the full price of the session and need to purchase another session.
