Leeds Metropolitan University wanted to simplify the process for gathering feedback from thousands of students on hundreds of different courses, and give university staff instant access to the results.
Using Snap Surveys, they were able to set up unique, secure logins for each student to access a personalised feedback page where they can see a list of modules for which feedback is required. Students receive automated email invites and reminders for outstanding evaluations.
