Snap Surveys was founded in 1981,  and since then we have become a leading survey software and Research services company. We have UK offices in London and Bristol and in the US in Portsmouth, NH.

There are currently over 30,000 people from many different commercial and public sector organizations around the world using our software and services.

Today more surveys than ever are being carried out, and not just by research agencies and in-house research teams. Our survey tools and services are available to anyone who wants to find out more about their customers, clients, students, patients and employees.

Training

Our highly regarded training courses are designed to help you get the most from Snap Survey Software. Scheduled one day UK training courses are run in Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Manchester and Sheffield. In the US scheduled online Webex courses mean you don’t have to leave your office to be trained.

Help and support

All new software purchases are covered by a free Snap Plus subscription for a year. Snap Plus includes access to our friendly HelpDesk team who can talk you through any problems and help you get the most from your software. Another benefit of a Snap Plus subscription is that new releases of Snap Survey Software are absolutely free.

We provide further customer support including worksheets, networking events and a user forum.
