Snap Surveys was founded in 1981, and since then we have become a leading survey software and Research services company. We have UK offices in London and Bristol and in the US in Portsmouth, NH.

Snap’s research services group have over 25 years experience working for both commercial and public sector clients. The friendly, knowledgeable team can undertake complete survey projects or any part of a survey for you, whether you need advice on questionnaire design want survey translation services to data input and analysis – you choose how you want to work with us.
Our highly regarded training courses are designed to help you get the most from Snap Survey Software. Scheduled one day UK training courses are run in Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Manchester and Sheffield. In the US scheduled online Webex courses mean you don’t have to leave your office to be trained.
Help and support
All new software purchases are covered by a free Snap Plus subscription for a year. Snap Plus includes access to our friendly HelpDesk team who can talk you through any problems and help you get the most from your software. Another benefit of a Snap Plus subscription is that new releases of Snap Survey Software are absolutely free.
We provide further customer support including worksheets, networking events and a user forum.
