Snap WebHost’s retirement – June 2023

March 31st 2023 New surveys can only be created in Snap XMP after this date. You will no longer be able to upload new surveys to Snap WebHost. June 1st 2023 You will no longer be able to update existing surveys in Snap WebHost. June 30th 2023 Survey responses will only be collected in Snap XMP after this date. June 30th 2023 App responses will only be collected in Snap Offline Interviewer after this date.

As our new platform Snap XMP has been available for some time, we are now planning to retire the older version of our software, Snap WebHost, on the 30th of June 2023. This means that Snap WebHost surveys on our hosted servers will not function past that date. After that date we will begin decommissioning the servers and it will not be possible to access customer surveys or data.
