Safety Climate Tool shines at Safety and Health Excellence Awards

The Stress Indicator Tool – a sophisticated survey tool that provides insights into employee stress for organisations around the UK – was ‘highly commended’ at last week’s Safety and Health Excellence Awards.

It received the nod for the ‘Best Use of Health and Safety Data to Lower Incident Rates’ category.

We built the tool with TSO for the Health and Safety Executive and it’s helped a lot of organisations better understand the impact of stress among employees.

The event was held at the The Vox, Resorts World in Birmingham and was hosted by comedian Dara Ó Briain.
