We were delighted to work with Brandon Trust, a UK charity that supports people with autism, learning disabilities or both.

Our task was to improve response rates when getting feedback on their services.

Paper surveys hadn’t been the best method to reach all of the people the charity supports, so we got creative to make sure everyone could have their say.
