Creating a new survey from a template

You can create a new survey using a survey template.

  1. In Your Work, go to the survey template. Templates are shown with the icon templateIcon.png. If you own the survey template, it is located in the Owned by you section. The Shared with you folder contains surveys and templates that other users have shared with you. Click the icon or template name to show the template Summary.
  1. In the Summary, click Create.
  2. Enter the survey name then click Create survey.
  1. This opens the Build tab where you can add questions to your survey.
