Refreshing the dashboard data

This is currently only available to beta-testers.

As the responses to your survey arrive, you will want to make sure that you see the latest available data. You can do this by refreshing the data.

Dashboard data status

You can see when the data you are viewing was loaded on the panel at the top of the dashboard editor. This shows the status of the data:

• whether it is up-to-date or not up-to-date
• how long ago the data was downloaded or the date and time that the data was downloaded

Refresh the data

To update the dashboard data, click the Refresh the data button on the dashboard editor panel. This refreshes the data and changes the status to up-to-date.

When you add a new table or chart that contains data, you need to refresh the data before you see the display.
