Providing logs in case of problems

  1. Start the Interviewer app and you are shown the sample surveys page.
  2. Click Set URL Set server URL icon at the top right hand corner. This opens the Set URL page.
  3. Click Submit logs. You will see a message stating that your project co-ordinator will have provided information required to proceed.
  4. If this is the case, tap Start and follow the instructions.
  5. If you have not received instructions, please contact your project co-ordinator for further details.
