Information for Support
When you contact the Snap support team please have the following information ready which will help them with your enquiry:
- The Scanner make and model number.
- The SCSI Card make and model number, if necessary.
- The Operating System used on the PC, e.g. Windows 10.
- The build number and serial number of Snap Desktop, which can be found by accessing Help | About Snap.
- The name of your organisation.
- The name of the Snap Licence Holder at your organisation.
