When you contact the Snap support team please have the following information ready which will help them with your enquiry:

  • The Scanner make and model number.
  • The SCSI Card make and model number, if necessary.
  • The Operating System used on the PC, e.g. Windows 10.
  • The build number and serial number of Snap Desktop, which can be found by accessing Help | About Snap.
  • The name of your organisation.
  • The name of the Snap Licence Holder at your organisation.
