Employees are asked to complete a number of questionnaires: giving feedback on their peers, their superiors, their subordinates and also feeding back on themselves. When it comes to analysis, this webinar covers comparing and benchmarking your own views and compares them with those given by the different colleague sets (peers, superiors, subordinates).
