East Ayrshire Residents' Panel
Play a part in shaping the future of East Ayrshire's communities and influencing the decisions which are taken by local Community Planning Partners by becoming a member of the East Ayrshire Residents' Panel.
Who are the Community Planning Partners?
Community Planning Partners in East Ayrshire include East Ayrshire Council, NHS Ayrshire and Arran, the Police, the Fire and Rescue Service, Ayrshire College, Scottish Enterprise, Skills Development Scotland, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport, the voluntary sector, and the business community through the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce.
These Partners are committed to listening to people and involving them in the decisions that affect them. One of the ways they do this is by consulting the East Ayrshire Residents’ Panel.
|What is the East Ayrshire Residents’ Panel?|
The Panel is a representative cross section of 1,000 citizens from all walks of life across East Ayrshire. We are interested in the views of people from all areas and backgrounds, to ensure that no opinions are missed.
What is involved in being a member?
Panel Members will be consulted around four times each year.
This will usually involve completing short surveys, either online or by post. Surveys will cover a range of topics, such as general levels of satisfaction with services in East Ayrshire or issues relating to specific services like roads or health. Taking part in each survey will take approximately 15 minutes of your time and we will always feedback to Panel Members in relation to the survey results.
