Volunteer Lawyers for Justice’s (VLJ) mission is to improve the lives of economically-disadvantaged adults, children, and families in New Jersey by empowering them with tools, advice, and pro bono representation with the goal of securing fair and equal treatment within the legal system.
VLJ uses the legal knowledge of VLJ staff and a network of 1000+ volunteer attorneys to assist clients with civil legal issues, including bankruptcy, child support, consumer law, criminal record expungement, discharge status upgrades, divorce, driver's license restoration, education law, Superstorm Sandy legal issues and will/estate matters . You may visit our website for additional information regarding our services, http://vljnj.org.
Today, we would like to ask you a few questions pertaining to the legal needs of female veterans in New Jersey. As someone who works with veterans your familiarity with this client population will be extremely useful in helping us determine the distinct experience of the female veteran and it will aid us in assessing which legal needs are the highest priorities for female veterans in New Jersey. VLJ's ultimate goal is to not only determine those legal needs, but to develop legal programming that will best assist female veterans in our state.
Your participation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
