A scanned image data report is a quick and easy way to view handwritten replies, without the need to wait for scanned questionnaires to be detected and keyed.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>To view a scanned image data report, you must have retained the image files created by the scanning process. Also, the ‘Scanning’ check box must be selected in ‘Data Entry Tailoring’.<\/em><\/p>\n

Step By Step<\/h2>\n

Step 1<\/h3>\n

Open the Data Window<\/strong> by clicking on \"DataEntry\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step 2<\/h3>\n

Click on \"Print\"\u00a0to access the Print<\/strong>\u00a0Data <\/strong>dialog (Note<\/strong>: if you do not see this dialog, make sure ‘Scanning<\/strong>‘ is ticked in Data entry tailoring<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/h3>\n

Enter a title, if required. You can also filter results, and specify exactly which variables to include in the report by typing variable names in the ‘Content’<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n

You can only use a variable as a filter if the data is stored, e.g. if you have not keyed in a Literal Response<\/strong> question and it only exists as an image in Snap. It is not possible to filter\u00a0a variable which has not been interpreted successfully.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Select Scanned Questionnaire<\/strong> in the Style<\/strong> section and any other options you may require:<\/p>\n
