This worksheet describes how to delete surveys for both Snap Professional and Snap WebHost.<\/p>\n

Deleting a Survey in Snap WebHost<\/h3>\n

  1. After logging into Snap WebHost, ensure the Surveys<\/strong> tab is selected and identify the survey to be deleted.<\/li>\n
  2. There are three states of a survey; live<\/strong> which is marked with a green circle, paused<\/strong> which is represented by an orange diamond and stopped<\/strong> which is indicated by a red square. If you can see a red square in the row for the survey you want to delete skip to step 6, otherwise continue to step 3.\n

  3. Click on the name of the survey.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the \"stop link in the Summary<\/strong> tab.\n

  5. Select the Home<\/strong> tab to return to the Survey Overview Window.<\/li>\n

    Click the delete \"delete icon and a confirmation dialog appears. <\/p>\n

  7. Click Delete<\/strong> to delete the survey from Snap WebHost.\n

    Deleting a Survey in Snap Professional<\/h3>\n

      1. If the Survey Overview Window<\/strong> is not showing on screen, display it by selecting the menu option File | Survey Overview<\/strong> or click on \"file.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the survey you wish to delete.<\/li>\n
      3. Click the minus sign on Survey Overview toolbar\u00a0\u00a0\"delete to delete the survey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
