Job description


Under direction of the Services Manager, this entry level Technical Support position is responsible for providing external and internal support of Snap Surveys’ users, while maintaining excellent standards of customer service

Essential Functions

Individual required to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Provide phone/email/online support to Snap users including liaising with the UK support and development teams as necessary
  • Provide online/ in-house/on-site training to Snap customers in all aspects of the software
  • Assist clients with special data collection projects, from survey design assistance to data collection and reporting needs
  • Document and diary appropriate customer issues & follow up needs on a timely basis
  • QA test new versions of Snap Survey software
  • Maintain topical knowledge of Snap Surveys markets, products, and services
  • Liaise with other departments on projects, when necessary
  • Participate in any professional development opportunities internally along with suggested external training
  • Perform other duties at the request of the manager

Required Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 + years experience in customer service
  • Solid PC & MS Office Skills (particularly Excel)

Preferred Education and Experienc

  • General knowledge of database structures
  • HTML skills
  • Familiarity with statistics


  • Salary Range – $38k-$42k dependant on experience.
