Coronavirus update November 2020

An update from Snap Surveys CEO Dr Steve Jenkins

Since the pandemic hit in March, our Businesses Continuity Planning has ensured we are well-equipped to work from home. All our staff adapted seamlessly to remote working and I’d like to thank both our UK and US employees for the way they have made the transition.

Despite the uncertain times, we are continuing to provide our customers with a first-class service and remain as committed as ever to data security and in that regard we have recently been audited and have retained our ISO 27001 data security certification.

Our support teams in the UK and US remain available by phone during normal business hours. We’ve been able to help a lot of customers during this time and we’ve received a lot of great feedback about our team – so thank you to everyone who has been in touch!

We have also been running all training sessions online via screen sharing and these have been a big success.
