Using the email editor to create messages
- Give the message a title - this is used to identify the email message in Snap WebHost.
- Give the message an interval. The interval is the period in days to wait following the issuing of the previous message. If this is the first message, the interval is the delay in days between when you formally Start the survey and when Snap WebHost starts sending the messages. The interval would normally be set to 0 for the first message and non-zero for subsequent messages.
- Enter the subject of your email in the Subject field. Use the Insert Tag dropdown list to add special values to the subject.
- Enter the text of the message in the main text box. Use the drop down Insert Tag list to include special values . You can format the message using the styling buttons and dropdown lists.
- Make sure that you have given people the opportunity to opt out of the survey using the {OptOut} insertable tag.
- You can insert images from the survey by using the
button. You can use other images on the internet by linking to their web address (URL). If you want to add an image to your email that is not provided in the survey or online, you can add it to the published zip file before you upload the survey. It will then appear in the list of available images in the Insert image dialog.

It is part of the Snap WebHost subscription service terms of use that you include an opt out link in all survey invites and reminders (whether sending the emails through WebHost or another mail system).
