  • The installation code (of the form XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) is as quoted in the welcome pack despatched with your copy of the software.

  • The build number can be found by running Snap, then clicking on Help | About. The build number (e.g. 9.19 for Snap 9 or 10.12 for Snap 10) is shown towards the top-left of the dialog.
