Training in the US
Snap Surveys offers In-house, Online and Onsite training including the US, Canada and all of Central and South America.
Online Training
Snap Surveys has taken the travel out of Snap training. We are now offering on-line training in 2-hour sessions via Webex. Training classes are offered in regularly scheduled Public Sessions each month or in Private Sessions scheduled at the customer's request. Training topics include Snap Professional, Snap Scanning, Snap Internet, Snap WebHost and Snap Analysis.
Training can take place in either a morning or an afternoon session from the comfort of your own office. The cost is $250 per trainee for a 2-hour Public Session or $350 per trainee for a 2-hour Private Session.
In-house Training
Open to All Snap Users:
Snap Surveys offers in-house Public Training in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire training facility. Snap users can schedule full day training on the allocated training days for that month. Please call for a schedule of allocated training days on 603-610-8700 . Training topics include Snap Professional and Snap Internet. We will reserve your seat at our full day public training session for just $500 per day per trainee.
Reserve a Private Portsmouth Training Session:
You may schedule a Private full or half-day training session at Snap’s Portsmouth, NH training facility. Each private session may be personalized to focus on your specific training needs in relation to Snap’s core software offerings, including Snap Professional, Snap Scanning, Snap Internet, Snap WebHost and Snap Analysis
Full Day - Private In-House Portsmouth Training Sessions can be reserved for 2 people for just $1,000 per day. Add $150 for each additional person.
Half Day - $500 for 2 people (add $100 for each additional person)

Onsite Training
Our trainer will consult with you to determine which courses will best suit your needs, and design a course outline that incorporates those needs. Training is available for individuals or larger groups. The cost for on-site training is $1500 per day for up to 2 people and $500 for each additional person, excluding travel, meals and accommodation. Pricing for larger groups is available upon request.
Training sessions can be conducted over a number of days - either contiguously or not. We recommend that those attending are grouped according to ability to ensure that they gain the most from the sessions.
For groups of one or two, it is possible for us to conduct courses using a single computer. For groups of three or more, we would expect a specific teaching room to be provided with one or, at the most two, attendees per computer plus one computer for the trainer. In the teaching room it is preferable that a computerized projection system be installed.
