Objectives

This course has been designed to enable the delegate to use Snap Internet Module to:

  • Create questionnaires for web/email based interviewing
  • Publish and import data for web/e-mail based questionnaires
  • E-mail invitations and reminders for web based questionnaires

Audience

This course has been designed for an existing user of Snap who is looking to gain an in-depth knowledge of our Internet Module.

This course is suitable for users who have attended a Level 1 Snap Training course.

Preparing a questionnaire for web based interviewing

  • Applying ‘must answer’ settings to a question
  • Validating open ended questions with patterns and valid ranges
  • Validation for closed questions using masks, auto-answer, min, max and exclusives
  • Text substitution
  • Code and grid rotation
  • Publish settings of an internet questionnaire
  • Sliders
  • Image mapping

  • Emailing invites to respondents from a database
