9.45am Welcome to the Snap Training Suite
 Registration & coffee
10.00am PROMPT Your training course begins  
11.15am Mid-morning Break Coffee & biscuits
1.00pm Lunch is served Cold buffet served in our delegate room
2.00pm Start of afternoon training session  
3.15pm Mid-Afternoon Break Tea & Coffee
4.30pm End of your Snap training day Complete Course Evaluation Questionnaire
