Quality Control

We take pride in offering a professional and confidential service. Stringent quality control checks are carried out at all stages of the survey process, including validation on data entry, scanning checks, verification, spelling and grammar checks. We are governed by the MRS Code of Conduct and all computer files are stored for two years. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and are members of a number of internationally recognized associations. We treat all replies to surveys as confidential and only report aggregate results. We do not disclose details of individual survey respondent replies or identities.
