Solo delivers all the benefits and functionality of Snap Survey Software refined into an easy-to-use and manage interface with pre-set questions and pre-set analyses.

Your customers get a plug-and-deploy survey package which makes it easy for anyone to run professional surveys. Robust results can be readily and accurately compared and used for benchmarking both within organisations and against other participating organisations.

How it works for your customers

A Snap Solo survey is quick to set up and simplifies data capture.

Your customer receives a CD containing the survey software and the customised template questionnaire and user guides. Or a log-in to a customised online interface for online only surveys.

  • Users can be allowed to tailor the survey by selecting additional pre-defined questions or fields.
  • Multi-language capability enables surveys to be undertaken amongst a wide range of communities.
  • Snap allows the integration of results from different modes, for example online, paper and phone surveys.
  • As standard analyses come pre-defined in the survey it make it easy for users to interpret results.

The Morale at Work Employee Engagement survey product has been developed by Morale Solutions in association with Snap Surveys, and is designed primarily for smaller organisations with 50 - 200 employees.

It includes;

Health and Safety Laboratory

Snap Surveys has been working with the Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL) to streamline the application of the HSL Safety Climate Tool. The questionnaire based survey tool is designed to explore attitudes and perceptions to health and safety within organisations to enable them to benchmark and improve their safety performance. HSL clients include the Ford Motor Company and the Olympic Delivery Authority.

The previous paper based version of the survey had over 800 industry users. The Health and Safety Laboratory wanted to develop the Safety Climate Tool as an easy to use survey package combining a questionnaire and pre-set analysis for paper surveys and to subsequently put the survey online to considerably increase the potential market size.

Tailoring questions

HSL has been a Snap Surveys customer since 2006 and approached us in November 2008 as a software partner for this project.

HSL Director Peter Davies says, “We approached Snap Surveys because we felt Snap Solo would provide a robust platform for the Safety Climate Tool with the flexibility to cost effectively tailor the software to our specific requirements. We are now discussing further surveys that we can roll-out in a similar way."

This product comprises a professionally designed questionnaire for paper and online surveys, and a comprehensive in-depth report to help practices gather, and act on patient feedback.
