Network Interviewing Module

The Snap Network Interviewing Module allows you to undertake multistation telephone surveys. Results can be collated at a central source to monitor quotas or to produce interim results at any stage. The Module integrates seamlessly into the Snap Professional Edition. The system consists of one master PC with Snap Professional, on which the survey is designed, and any number of remote interviewing PCs.*

Quota control

Set the quotas for the survey, and allow Snap to automatically collect the completed questionnaires, check the quotas and then stop all interviewing of groups that have exceeded the quota.

Question rotation

For questions appearing as a grid, rotate the sequence in an ordered or random sequence.

Code rotation

Any single or multiple response question can have its codes set to be rotated in a random, forward, backward or inverted sequence. Individual codes such as Don't know can be excluded.

Must answer option

Individual questions can be set so that a No reply is not a valid response. This is particularly important for sections of questions that require routing.

Interviewer statistics / paradata

Statistics can be collected as a background operation including start time, end time, duration of interview, date and interviewer ID.

Remote operation

All completed questionnaires are returned to the supervisor's workstation as e-mail files - a system that is robust and automatically archives all data. Individual workstations do not NEED to be linked to a network to function, although some features such as quota control are not available off-line.
