Questionnaire Management

The Interviewer facility of Snap WebHost enables users to manage and deliver questionnaires via the web, giving more control and more flexibility. The software allows you to create and schedule invites and automatically sends reminders to non-respondents. All respondent replies can be captured even if the survey is abandoned and code lists can be filtered to reflect replies to previous questions. Respondents are empowered to suspend a survey and resume at a more convenient time.

Response Management:

  • Schedule invites and reminders
  • Track and amend bad email addresses
  • Automatically remove refusers
  • Provide secure questionnaire logins
  • Include seed data from databases
  • Allocate sub-sample and overall quotas
  • Allow respondent to save partially completed questionnaires
  • Instant or batched return of respondent replies
  • Recover partial completions at close of survey
  • Instantly forward responses to Snap WebHost Analysis
  • Provide logins for clients to monitor progress 24/7

Multi-language:

  • Design and publish multi-language questionnaires
  • Include a language choice question so the respondent decides which language to complete the survey in

Questionnaires include:

  • Single response (radio buttons)
  • Multiple response (check boxes) with optional exclusive answers (such as 'none of the above') and minimum/maximum number of answers
  • Routing – using either skip logic or preconditions
  • Text substitution (sometimes known as response piping) of prior questions and/or seeded data and/or calculated values
  • Answer masks: hide or allow inappropriate answer choices based on choices already made
  • Open questions recording text, or numeric quantity, or date, or time
  • Use patterns to validate complex data formatting (e.g. email addresses, postal codes, etc.)
  • Use patterns to allow flexible inputs (e.g. worded form of numbers: 'one' in place of '1', 'two' in place of '2', etc.)
  • Use patterns to tidy inputs (e.g. remove currency symbol from monetary amounts, read 21k as 21000, etc.)
