Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing external support of Snap and Snap WebHost users as well as onsite and online training in Snap and Snap WebHost.
Snap and Snap WebHost support
- Responsible for providing telephone and email support to Snap users including liaising with the UK support and development teams where necessary.
- QA testing new versions of Snap and Snap WebHost software.
- Maintain topical knowledge of Snap Surveys markets, products and services.
- Other duties at the request of the manager
Snap Training - Responsible for training Snap users in all aspects of the software.
- Ability to maintain a 35% travel schedule.
- Knowledge of web based training tools is a plus.
- 2+ years training experience desirable.
Compensation and Conditions
All employees get 10 federal paid holidays and start on 3 weeks (15 days) annual paid leave. There is a contributory health/dental insurance plan offered.
