Hanover Housing – one of the first to use Snap Online to improve their research service

Hanover Housing Association, one of the oldest, largest and leading providers of retirement housing in England, is one of the first to use Snap’s new online analysis and response management tool in their emergency alarm call and monitoring service. Hanover has until recently used Snap’s Internet module to conduct telephone feedback amongst its residents. With the release of Snap Online, Mike Williams - Hanover’s Group Research Advisor saw the potential that this new tool could bring to the call centre. Since implementing this new technology the tool has now revolutionised their research work.

US Prize Draw Winner

Snap is happy to announce the winner of the 2007 Innovations Conference Drawing in March. Congratulations to Ms. Laurie Heacock of Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland. The prize is a Snap Pronet, which will enable Laurie to conduct paper, phone, web and email surveys amongst her students or staff.

James Cant and Debra Fry, part of our UK Snap team, will be taking part in this year’s Bristol Half Marathon on 9th September 2007. They will be running 13.1 miles to raise money for Dreams Come True, a charity that makes the dreams of terminally or seriously ill children become a reality. London Marathon success

We would like to say congratulations to Andrew Savery, who is the son of our Data Preparation team member Eve Savery. In last month’s Flora London Marathon he finished in 100th place, with a finish time of 2 hours and 37 minutes. He also came out top of the Army entrants group.
