A fresh new-look for Snap Training in the UK

As from July, you'll be able to check out our great new UK-based training courses with a new, easy to follow, Level structure that matches your knowledge of Snap to the course you attend.

As a company, we listen to our customers and try to incorporate the feedback we receive into our product development and services. To reflect this, our UK-based training courses will be structured into three levels – Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. This new format has been designed to make it easier for you to assess which course is most suitable for your level of Snap experience, for example, to attend a Level 2 training course, you must first have completed a Level 1 training course.

With the release of Snap 9 earlier this year and the introduction of Mobile Interviewing and Snap Online, we are launching training courses to complement these new products.

The NEW Snap Online training is a two day course, the first day guiding you through setting up your surveys and the second day concentrating on developing your techniques.

The NEW Mobile Surveys course will include how to set up, publish and design surveys using mobile interviewing platforms such as tablets, PDAs and kiosks.

After listening to delegate feedback, we have also redesigned and renamed our Questionnaire Design course. The NEW Designing Surveys course includes the theory behind designing a survey, such as how to phrase questions, increasing response rates, templates, database linking, plus much more.
