Noel Baker at Gloucestershire County Council approached us to undertake their 2009 Staff Survey.
Gloucestershire County Council has been running a survey annually since 2003. They had had previous experience of running the staff survey both in-house and with another external provider. 2009 was the first time they had used Snap's Research Services team for the Staff Survey after we were recommended by colleagues in other parts of the council.
Noel outlines the scope of the project ... "Snap worked with us on the project plan, helped us refine and develop our standard questions and fully managed and administered the online and paper surveys for over 5,000 staff. They provided analysis and visual presentations of data at 4 organisation levels and made a presentation of key findings to Directorate leads and HR staff."
