In a recent Snap Poll, 39% of our customers said their organisations undertook an annual staff survey.

Staff surveys should ideally be outsourced to research companies like Snap. This helps to ensure that employees feel more comfortable about saying what they really feel about their organisation and their role within it. Which in turns gives you more accurate and valuable information.

Noel Baker at Gloucestershire County Council approached us to undertake their 2009 Staff Survey.

Gloucestershire County Council has been running a survey annually since 2003. They had had previous experience of running the staff survey both in-house and with another external provider. 2009 was the first time they had used Snap's Research Services team for the Staff Survey after we were recommended by colleagues in other parts of the council.
