Information Collected During Registration
When you download a free trial copy we collect information, such as name, email address, organization, address, and telephone number. This information is used to create your account, contact you about the services on our site for which you have expressed particular interest. It is optional for you to provide demographic information, and unique identifiers, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience. If you sign up for access to any of the protected areas of this website, we will use a cookie; this cookie will contain a unique ID that we will use to identify you when you return to the site.

Snap WebHost, Snap FMS, Snap Poll, and the Snap Forum use cookies to maintain the logged-in state whilst customers are using these services, and are essential to the efficient operation of these services.
Use of Cookies in Snap Online Surveys
Snap WebHost questionnaires do not use cookies.
Snap HTML questionnaires will use cookies if either:
- you check the “Try to drop a cookie” box in the Questionnaire Properties / Interview section. The purpose of this is to prevent multiple responses from the same computer.
- you use the Save button feature.
