Text Substitution

Dynamic Text or text substitution reflects answers given by the respondent and changes the questions which follow depending on the context: for example, the answer to one question can be fed into the text of a subsequent question.

Dynamic Text allows you to tailor questionnaires more closely to your respondent and provide a better overall survey experience. It is also useful for CATI, CAPI and on-screen interviewing.

Example:

"Which of the countries you said you had visited on holiday in the last 2 years was your favorite?"
