Seed responses from a database

If you have a question asking for a respondent’s details, and you already have that information in a database or spreadsheet, you can pre-seed the questionnaire with this information before you send it out.

In Snap Survey Software you can create a database link to:

• online surveys can display information such as names and email addresses in the relevant fields for the respondent to check
• setup a requirement to login and seed the survey with respondents login data
• seed the survey with other respondents data to upload to Snap Survey Software web surveys
• create email invitations and reminders
