Sophisticated question routing

Routing allows respondents to be ‘skipped’ to the parts of a questionnaire directly relevant to them based on their answers, giving a more friendly and engaging survey experience.

There are three types of routing rules that can be used in a Snap Survey Software questionnaire.

  1. Conditionally Ask Question
  2. Goto On Answer
  3. Goto After Question

A rule can either be added at the beginning of a question, within a question code or at the end of a question.
