Snap wins new business for US Consultancy
June 2004
Snap survey software's ability to allow the rapid creation of professional looking surveys is helping one Florida-based consultancy to gain new business.
George 'Bud' Jewell, founder of Delta Management Consulting Group says Snap is one of the best software programs he's come across and it has won his group new consulting work by showing clients how quickly and easily it can put together surveys.
The former aerospace firm CEO said, "Snap really is a fantastic product especially the way it allows you to convert a questionnaire designed for paper on to the web in minutes. It's really easy to use and works perfectly alongside other software products such as SPSS and Sigma Plot."
Snap's capabilities have open up new opportunities for extending Delta's international consultancy work to fast survey design and delivery. "Clients are surprised to see how quickly they can have a survey up and running with responses often arriving immediately. Surveys are now a major part of the consultancy we offer."
Delta has produced surveys for a variety of purposes - all have delivered good response rates and a positive impact on each client organisation. Recent examples include a product design survey for a major appliance manufacturer. The survey led to a successful launch of the product. Delta has also used Snap to measure service quality using the long-established survey method 'SERVQUAL' for a number of large industrial firms.
Bud founded Delta Management in 1998 after a successful career in the Aerospace industry. He was President and CEO of Burns Aerospace until B/E Aerospace acquired it in 1992. He assumed a senior position with B/E until his departure in 1998 as President of the Seating Products Division.
