No the same message appears on Mail format, the only option is SNAP Interchange format (SnlF).
I have done it before and got the MAIL format so i can't understand why it isn't working this time!

The surveys will upgrade as soon as you open them with SNAP 10. I would archive them first, just in case anything goes wrong. This isn't really neccesary, as SNAP will create a back up automatically, but better safe than sorry.

Did you create tyhe survey you are trying to imprt to in SNAP 9 or 10? I think the issue may be athat it isn't locked, or published. Try republishing, then importing.

I have now upgraded from SNAP 9 to 10 and have tried to import from my unopened emails.  I do not get the option to click on Mail format as the only option is SNAP Interchange format (SnlF).  HELP i have a deadline to report on this and it's getting close now....
One other thing will all my existing surveys created with 9 still work with 10 or do i need to upgrade them and if so how?

My office will be implementing an employee suggestion program.  We don't have many specifics at this time, but I would like to have a link placed on our intra- or internet where employees can submit suggestions whenever and a database for capturing suggestions, implementation (yes/no), etc., and submissions might be anonymous.
I was thinking of using SNAP as the "link".  I could design a questionnaire-type (open-ended) section for employees to complete.

Has anyone used SNAP in this way?  If not, anyone have other ideas?  Also, if anyone has an employee suggestion program in their organization or facility and would like to share the details, I'd welcome them!

Thanks,

Hi -

Assuming you're talking about a web survey...

Create a Title variable at the very top of the survey and then import the logo image into it. Then in Questionnaire Properties, under Layout, click the option at the top of the window "Use the first title as the main title on all pages." Done.

Yes of course.

I am setting up a series of questions from say Q4a, Q4k.  I need to put a weight on Q4a, Q4b, Q4c etc.  Is this possible?

Many thanks

2 issues looking for helpful tips/solutions:

1. Does anyone know the causes of really slow scanning? It does not seem to be going slow because of mechanics of the scanner, it seems to be slowed down by the uploading of the image and data into Snap as the batch is going through the scanner as well as after you reply 'yes' to the question of "make sure the scanner is empty..."

2. We have been having a horrible time with having to re-calibrate the surveys in the middle of scanning completed surveys. After scanning in a couple thousand (but sometimes after scanning just a few hundred), we are finding it necessary to re-calibrate and even then, many of the boxes are not matching up and some commands from the printed quest...
