My office will be implementing an employee suggestion program.  We don't have many specifics at this time, but I would like to have a link placed on our intra- or internet where employees can submit suggestions whenever and a database for capturing suggestions, implementation (yes/no), etc., and submissions might be anonymous.
I was thinking of using SNAP as the "link".  I could design a questionnaire-type (open-ended) section for employees to complete.

Has anyone used SNAP in this way?  If not, anyone have other ideas?  Also, if anyone has an employee suggestion program in their organization or facility and would like to share the details, I'd welcome them!

Thanks,
