Ami Osborne is Training Co-ordinator at UK charity Druglink, and uses Snap to evaluate the training courses that they run.
Druglink was set up in 1984 to meet the increasing need for support services to individuals, family members and the general community affected by drug and alcohol misuse. They have since developed services for businesses which include training packages for managers and team leaders to recognise an employee with a potential drug or alcohol problem. Training is given to enable managers to approach or challenge an employee who is perceived to have a problem and work with them to find a solution for the individual and the organisation.
At the moment the team use mainly paper forms created in Snap to collect survey data, but hope to start carrying out more online surveys going forward.
Most recently Ami has used Snap to assess the training delivered as part of one of their newer projects, ” It has been invaluable in assessing the response to the training while the project is still in its infancy”.
“I enjoy using Snap and I am always surprised at how much I can get from it, we are using it across a number of different projects at the moment and I couldn’t be without it.
The staff at Snap are always on hand to help and are so knowledgeable, which is greatly appreciated when I’m trying to figure out new things!”
