Your New Year’s Resolution Online Poll Results Are In!

We’re one month into the New Year. Have you stuck to your New Year’s Resolution?According to the University of Scranton, Journal of Clinical Psychology, statistics reveal that each year 45% of adults make one or more New Year’s resolutions or set yearly goals. Survey research shows that 75% of those adults maintain their resolution through the first week of the year, and 46% make it past the six month mark.

According to the same statics, the top three most popular resolutions include lose weight, getting organized, and spend less/save more. In our recent Snap Surveys SnapShot online poll, we asked respondents to answer the question, What are your New Year’s Resolutions? According to the results of our online poll, the most popular New Year’s resolutions include Lose weight and/or exercise more at 18.18% and Enjoy life more, also at 18.18%. Trailing at a close third is Get organized at 13.64%.
