Snap Surveys would like to introduce you to the new AttachIt feature available to Snap WebHost users.
This new AttachIt feature enables your respondents to attach a range of file types to a question or questions in online surveys. This is another new enhanced feature made available by the online survey software provider.
With this new feature, respondents can attach pictures, audio files, videos, or documents up to 10Mb in size as answers to individual questions. You can have multiple attachment questions in any single questionnaire. Here is an example of the AttachIt feature used in a online survey:
As you can see in the image below, attachments can be downloaded along with the survey responses from the survey researcher’s Snap WebHost account. Attached files are tagged with a unique ID representing the respondent and the question number. Attachments can be downloaded as zip files which can contain individual files, all the files, or files grouped by question or by respondent.
